Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY (USA)

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and are convinced that you will love them. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns or exchanges in the U.S.A. within 30 days of your purchase.

In returns and exchanges from other countries the client will pay the return and exchange costs unless its for a manufacturing or product defect. 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED  BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING BACK TO US. PACKAGES SENT WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE SENT BACK UNOPENED, WITH RETURN SHIPPING CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER. 

 Returns must be in the original box/packaging and shall include a copy of receipt or proof of purchase.

To obtain a return authorization:

1. First, contact us by email to: sales@tbjoux.com with a brief explanation of the reason for your return, and include detailed pictures of the received jewerly to be returned. 

2. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the jewelry must be in unworn / new condition. Returned items must not show evidence of abuse, scratches, damage, wear, improper use, dirt, chemical damage or stains. If pictures show any damage, the return will not be accepted unless it's a manufacturing defect. 

3. Once the return is preauthorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Pack your items back in the same way they came and print and attach the new shipping label and send the package.   If the return is from an international customer, it will be the client's responsibility to return the product. 

4. Once the returned item is received and inspected to make sure it´s in original condition, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. If you are approved, the exchanged item will be sent or a refund will be processed, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment within three business days. If a return is not approved, we will send the Item back to the customer. 

5. No returns will be accepted in clearance or final sale Items unless it's a manufacturing defect, in which case the customer must follow the steps detailed above.

No cash refunds on purchases made with gift cards, these returns will be given back as store credit.

If you are returning an item for which the price was over $100 USD, we suggest to use an insured and trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as TBJOUX is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
